Senior Campus
Pastoral Care & Wellbeing
At Siena Catholic College, student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student is known, valued and cared for. Strong relationships between students, teachers and families underpin our approach, ensuring each young person feels a genuine sense of belonging across both campuses.
All staff share responsibility for pastoral care, working together to support students’ academic, social, emotional and spiritual development. Students are supported through a structured wellbeing framework, including mentor groups and dedicated wellbeing leaders who guide students through each stage of their journey.
Our wellbeing program is developmentally tailored, equipping students with the skills and confidence to navigate life with resilience and integrity. Through explicit teaching and everyday experiences, students learn about respectful relationships, positive decision-making, digital responsibility, self-awareness and personal growth.
As a Catholic community, our approach to wellbeing is grounded in faith. We nurture the whole person—encouraging students to grow in compassion, courage and a strong sense of purpose. Opportunities for leadership, service and faith formation further strengthen connection and belonging.
At Siena, we partner closely with families to ensure every student is supported to flourish—academically, socially and spiritually—from their first day through to future pathways.
