CSBB Board
The Board is responsible for setting the strategy for approval by the member, for oversighting
the delivery of the strategy and are the custodians of the values under which CSBB operates.

Director of Schools
The Director of Schools has the delegation from the Board to conduct the activities of the
CSBB school system. Working closely with each of the system leaders, the Director is
responsible for ensuring each of the strategic initiatives are delivered.

Brenda Timp
Principal, Siena Catholic College
Siena Catholic College is led by Brenda Timp, who has more than 25 years of secondary school leadership experience within the Diocese.
Most recently, she served as Principal of Mercy Catholic College Chatswood for five years and she has played a key role in shaping Siena’s vision and strategic direction from its earliest stages.
As founding Principal, Mrs Timp is leading the development of a dynamic and aspirational K–12 college, grounded in strong Catholic values and focused on excellence in teaching, learning and wellbeing.
Her leadership will set the tone for a school that not only achieves strong academic outcomes, but also forms confident, capable young people ready to navigate and contribute to the world around them.
Jodi Jefferson
Principal, Junior Campus – West Pymble
Jodi Jefferson leads the St Bernardine Junior Campus with a strong focus on creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for younger students. With a passion for primary education, Jodi is dedicated to supporting each child’s growth and development, ensuring strong foundations in learning, wellbeing and faith, and a seamless transition into the senior years at Siena.
