Senior Campus
St Catherine Campus Overview
The St Catherine Campus in Pymble provides a dynamic and future-focused learning environment for students in Years 5–12. As students progress through the Middle and Senior Years of schooling, they are supported academically, socially and spiritually within a caring Catholic community that encourages each learner to grow with confidence, purpose and integrity.
At Siena Catholic College, we believe education is about more than academic success. We seek to form young people who think deeply, act with compassion and integrity, and are prepared to make a meaningful contribution to the world around them.
The Middle Years | Years 5-8
The Middle Years are a time of growth, exploration and emerging independence. During these important years, students deepen their thinking, build resilience and begin to understand themselves as young adolescents.
Learning experiences span the arts, sciences, humanities and technologies, supported by consistent routines, strong wellbeing structures and meaningful relationships with dedicated teachers. Students are encouraged to explore their interests, develop confidence in their abilities and strengthen the learning habits that will support future success.
As students progress through the Middle Years, they develop increasing independence, collaboration skills and confidence as learners within a supportive and engaging environment.
The Senior Years | Years 9-12
The Senior Years focus on pathways, purpose and preparation for life beyond school. Students refine their interests, extend their knowledge and are supported to make informed decisions about their future study and career pathways.
A broad and rigorous curriculum allows for increasing specialisation and student choice, while continuing to strengthen literacy, numeracy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Through strong pastoral care and personalised guidance, students are encouraged to pursue excellence and discover their individual strengths and aspirations.
By graduation, students leave Siena equipped with the knowledge, confidence and capabilities to move forward with purpose in further study, work and life.
