Student Leadership

At Siena Catholic College, student leadership is grounded in service, responsibility and a commitment to making a positive difference.

We believe every student has the capacity to lead. Leadership at Siena is not limited to formal roles—it is fostered in everyday actions, relationships and contributions to the life of the College. Students are encouraged to show initiative, take responsibility and be active participants in shaping our community.

As the College grows, a range of student leadership opportunities will be developed, including:

  • College Captains and Vice Captains
  • House Captains
  • Student Representative Council (SRC)
  • Peer Support and mentoring programs
  • Leadership roles across areas such as faith, service, sport and the arts

Through these opportunities, students will develop confidence, communication skills and the ability to lead with integrity. They will be supported to contribute to College initiatives, represent their peers and help foster a strong sense of belonging and community.

Leadership formation at Siena is guided by our Catholic values, encouraging students to lead with courage, compassion and a spirit of service. Students will be given opportunities to engage in faith leadership, social justice initiatives and community outreach, helping them to grow as thoughtful, responsible and outward-looking young people
