Enrolment Steps

Junior Campus – West Pymble
Kindergarten to Year 4
Now accepting Kindergarten enrolments for 2027–2032.

Senior Campus – Pymble
Year 5 to Year 12
Now accepting Year 7 enrolments for 2027–2032.

Limited places available for 2026 and Years 1–6.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1 | Register for an Account   

Create an account by Registering Here. Once you have registered, you will then be directed to your email to verify your account before navigating back to this page to continue the steps to apply.  

Step 2 | Complete Online Enrolment Application  

Select the required Enrolment commencement Intake Year from the links below:  

Kindergarten to Year 7,  Intake 2027 (subject to availability)   

Kindergarten to Year 8, Intake 2028 (subject to availability)  

Kindergarten to Year 9, and Year 11 Intake 2029 (subject to availability)  

Kindergarten to Year 12, Intake 2030 (subject to availability)  

Kindergarten to Year 12, Intake 2031 (subject to availability)  

For all commencement intakes from 2032 onwards, please complete an Expression of Interest

Please note that you will be asked to provide supporting documentation, including sensitive documents with your application. Once your application has been submitted, original supporting documents will need to be presented at the school office for verification. You can save and exit your application at any time if you need to gather additional information or documentation before submitting the final application.  Student documents required:

• Birth Certificate   
• Baptism Certificate  
• Immunisation History Statement  
• Most recent previous school reports (if applicable)    
• External test results (if applicable)  
• Current Family Court Orders or Parenting Plan (if applicable)   
• Medical Plan (if applicable)   
• Medical Specialist and Allied Health Reports (if applicable)

Step 3 | Enrolment Review and Assessment  

This step provides an opportunity for the school to understand the student’s individual needs and gather any additional information that may support their enrolment and transition. It is a collaborative process involving families and schools, ensuring thoughtful discernment and shared understanding.  

Once your Enrolment Application is received, you may be contacted for a Family Meeting. These meetings typically occur soon after the application is submitted.  

All parties to the Enrolment Application, including the enrolling student, are encouraged to attend. This meeting is a valuable opportunity to:  

• Meet with the school Principal  

• Share insights about the student  

• Provide or clarify any additional information needed to support the application  

• Develop a shared understanding of our Family Charter and Enrolment Conditions  

Step 4 | Enrolment Offer or Waitlist   

After the application has been reviewed and all relevant information has been collected and assessed, you will be contacted directly by the school regarding your application.  The outcome of your enrolment application is based on our CSBB Enrolment Policy and supporting information.  

Step 5 | Confirmation of Enrolment  

Following an Enrolment Offer, all parties to the Enrolment Application will be asked to sign and complete the Enrolment Agreement by a requested date. Confirmation of Enrolment will only be confirmed once the Enrolment Agreement is signed and submitted by all parties to the Enrolment Application.  

Step 6 | Welcome to Catholic Schools Broken Bay   

Once you have received the Confirmation of Enrolment, we will then provide you with transition dates to welcome your family to our school community.
